    In 2009, he co-founded SpiritHoods, where he still serves as CEO & cCreative Director. Under his leadership, the brand has generated over $50 million in revenue, scaled across multiple verticals, and been featured in Vogue, Cosmopolitan, The LA Times, CNBC, Entrepreneur Magazine, Shark Tank, and more. SpiritHoods has also won three PETA Libby Awards for its cruelty-free commitment, an ISPO award for inventiveness, and donates 10% of net profits to animal conservation - a mission Latif has made foundational to the brand’s identity and success.
