As the founder and CEO of SpiritHoods, he grew a single wild idea into a multi-million dollar lifestyle brand, earning multiple PETA Libby Awards, the ISPO award, global brand partnerships, and appearances on Shark Tank, CNBC, and in Entrepreneur Magazine. Now, through The Growth Operative, Latif works with founders and executive teams as a Fractional CMO and coach, helping brands find and close the gap between where they are and where they want to be, and building the strategy and executing in a way that builds long term sustainable growth.
